En we hebben een energieke, proactieve en vindingrijke fulltime Operations Manager nodig in ons nieuwe Europese hoofdkantoor, gevestigd in het prachtige Weesp, Amsterdam, Nederland. GENLED Brands bestaat uit AgiLight, opgericht in 2003, en Acolyte, dat in 2009 werd geopend. Hoewel we relatief nieuw zijn in Europa, zijn beide merken goed ingeburgerd.

We bieden betaalde training van maximaal 6 maanden om ervoor te zorgen dat u uitblinkt in uw rol, en compensatiepakketten die tot 40% boven het nationale gemiddelde liggen. VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN

• Beheer operationeel personeel voor de EU-markt, inclusief afdelingen voor verzending, ontvangst en supply chain planning en productietechnici.
• Handhaven en naleven van standaard operationele procedures om de juiste timing van commerciële bestellingen te vergemakkelijken.
• Bewaak de niveaus van grondstoffen en voorraden om de behoeften te bepalen.
• Documenteer dagelijkse zendingen, inkomende materialen en historische verkopen om de voorraad aan te vullen.

• Maak gedetailleerde rapporten voor aanpassingen, voorraadoperaties en voorraadniveaus.
• Verwerk en volg inkooporders bij de juiste leveranciers.
• Andere verantwoordelijkheden zoals toegewezen.

EISEN

• Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige werkervaring in de branche
• 3+ jaar in algemeen voorraad- en operationeel beheer
• Aantoonbare werkgeschiedenis met succesvolle vooruitgang
• Sterke kennis van spreadsheet (MS Excel) en tekstverwerkingssoftware (MS Word)
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) of vergelijkbare ERP-kennis een pré
• Uitzonderlijke communicatieve vaardigheden
• Teamgerichte, "can-do" houding met persoonlijke verantwoordelijkheid voor problemen en problemen
• Vermogen om nieuwe informatie te leren en toe te passen
• Sterke organisatorische, leiderschaps- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden

• Manage Operations staff for the EU market, including shipping, receiving and supply chain planning departments and production technicians.
• Maintain and abide by standard operating procedures to facilitate proper timing of commercial orders.
• Monitor levels of raw materials and supplies to determine needs.
• Document daily shipments, incoming materials and historical sales to replenish inventory.

• Create detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.
• Process and track purchase orders with appropriate vendors.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry work experience
• 3+ years in general inventory and operations management
• Demonstrated work history with successful advancement
• Strong knowledge of spreadsheet (MS Excel) and word processing (MS Word) software
• Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar ERP knowledge a plus
• Exceptional communication skills
• Team-oriented, “can-do” attitude with personal accountability for issues and problems
• Ability to learn and apply new information
• Strong organizational, leadership and problem-solving skill
